Cycling and walking today! Warm sunshine again - we cycled as far as the entrance to the National Park and then walked up the track to the top. Lovely views and no-one in sight!

We've been out cycling today - again in gorgeous sunshine! We cycled as far as we could on the tarmac road then, at the entrance to the National Park, the track was a bit stoney so we sat and ate our lunch and read our books.

Just walked along the beach again today - the weather was a bit different to start with and the sea, which has been really calm, was a little bit rough! Heard from K&D in York - all ok with them - they haven't been affected by the flooding.

We went for a bike ride today - very nice but I got a puncture which took Fraser ages to fix but he did it!! Still a lovely day!

We're now in Peniscola - a typical Spanish sea-side resort! It's been dull since we arrived and not too warm either but the campsite is great - right next to the beach. We've spent a couple of hours walking along the sea-front and Fraser spotted these parrots.

We've had a lovely day - walked up to Morella and had a really nice lunch there. We couldn't walk up to the castle as they're doing lots of renovation work and the route was cordoned off.

We've arrived in Morella - a village in the mountains. We went from a desolate bleak landscape to lovely sunshine and interesting views. Morella is lovely!

We've now left France and we're camping in Zaragoza - temperature has dropped drastically!! It was 19 degrees yesterday and today it's around 9-10 degrees! We've passed lots of cyclists out on their Sunday rides!

Cycled to the beach today and sat there and had lunch and thought about going for a swim - would have loved to but we didn't bring our swimming things!! Had a little walk around in the lovely sunshine.

We drove over to Gisburn in torrential rain to meet up with Clint and Gillian. Worried about driving home but had a lovely day with them. Took this photo as we were trying to drive out of Ingleton on our way through to Skipton.

Fraser and I walked up the dale to the viaduct and then up the road and along the track at Newby Head and over to Arten Gill. It was a lovely walk but very windy - hard to keep the camera still!!
